Individual Suites
We offer four elegant suites on the second floor of the Mansion, each featuring a private or ensuite bathroom and accommodating up to two guests (Suite 3 accommodates up to four). For non-wedding overnight stays, your visit includes a continental breakfast and the option to add specialty enhancements—such as fresh florals, charcuterie boards, champagne, and more—to personalize your experience or celebrate a special occasion. Additionally, two charming suites on the third floor are available as add-ons to accommodate additional guests.

Whole Home Rentals
Our estate can comfortably accommodate up to 24 overnight guests between the Carriage House, which sleeps up to eight, and the Mansion, which can host up to sixteen. For non-wedding events, you may choose to rent one or both locations depending on your group’s needs, making it an ideal destination for families, bridal parties, or weekend getaways. In addition to overnight accommodations, our elegant ballroom and event spaces are available for gatherings such as family celebrations, rehearsal dinners, showers, or private dinners—allowing you to make the most of your time at The Hillcrest Estate.

Hillcrest Escapes
Hillcrest Escapes are curated packages designed for those looking to add a memorable experience to their overnight stay—whether with a significant other or a group of friends. These experiences are perfect for group getaways, couples’ retreats, bachelorette parties, or anyone simply seeking something extra special. Packages can include interactive Murder Mystery Dinner Parties, Private Wine or Whiskey Tastings, Movie Nights and more! Each Hillcrest Escape can be customized to your interests, ensuring your time at the estate is both unique and unforgettable.
Two Unique Locations
Mansion Suites
Our spacious Mansion accommodations offer a warm and elegant setting for up to 16 guests when booked for weddings, events, or group getaways. The second and third floors feature six beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for your bridal party, family, and friends to relax, unwind, and get ready before you say “I do.”
Our wedding clients—meaning the couple getting married here—traditionally reserve all rooms directly with us. If you’re attending a Hillcrest wedding, please contact the couple first to check availability within their room block. We coordinate all accommodations through them to ensure a seamless experience for their weekend and do not rent rooms directly to wedding guests. Any questions about your stay at the Mansion, including amenities and inclusions, should be directed to our client (i.e. the couple getting married here), as they manage guest arrangements for their event.
Outside of wedding weekends, our Mansion bedrooms are available individually or as a full-house rental year-round, perfect for family gatherings, retreats, or travelers exploring Geneseo, Rochester, and Buffalo. Guests can enjoy nearby wineries, Letchworth State Park hiking trails, and charming historic villages, making The Hillcrest Estate an ideal home base for a memorable upstate New York getaway. Individual rooms can be reserved directly or are occasionally available on Airbnb.

Carriage House
Located adjacent to the Mansion, the Carriage House is a charming farmhouse-style retreat that accommodates up to 8 guests. Perfect for family members, wedding parties, pets, or out-of-town visitors, the home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and an outdoor lounge complete with a fire pit.
Our newly renovated entertainment lounge provides the perfect space for overnight guests to relax and unwind, featuring a pool table, arcade games, wall games, and comfortable seating—ideal for pre-wedding gatherings, family time, and late-night fun. This space is only included in select bookings and wedding packages.
The Carriage House is available for select dates on Airbnb. For wedding-related stays, overnight accommodations are coordinated by the couple celebrating at The Hillcrest Estate, who ultimately determines guest lodging arrangements on the property.
