Held annually in the fall or winter prior to the late spring beginning of wedding season, our client tasting event allows our clients to sample an array of delicious menu items. You will have the opportunity to sample from a large spread of food including appetizers, a salad and bread course, main meal selections from our buffet, beverages and late night provided by the Hillcrest Estate team and our in-house catering partner, The Yard of Ale Restaurant. A cash bar will be available throughout the night.
Seats are reserved for our clients/couples with contracts in place. Tickets can be purchased for a limited number of additional guests if you would like to bring family or friends to the event. Space is limited and additional tickets are purchased on a first come, first serve basis, for $45. All clients will receive an email (at the exact same time) with a link to purchase tickets. If you are unable to secure extra tickets due to our limited quantity, please email us to be put on our waiting list.
If you are a client and cannot attend the event, or would prefer to do a tasting at the restaurant featuring your desired menu choices in place of attending the event, a reservation for a complimentary tasting for two at The Yard of Ale Restaurant can be made directly with Kate at The Hillcrest Estate.

Event Itinerary:
5 PM: Arrival of guests. Please explore the grounds, enjoy appetizers and our cash bar
6 PM: Dinner begins with family style artisan breads and salad. Shortly after, tables will be called up to the buffet.
7:15 PM: Late night food is available
